I have been writing software longer than I care to remember, mainly with the C/C++ and Python programming languages. I am best known as the author of mod_wsgi, the leading Python web hosting solution for Apache. As a result of my community contributions, I am a member of both the Python and Apache Software Foundations. I currently work at New Relic bringing web application performance monitoring to the Python world.
My key interests at this time are Python WSGI web application deployment and monitoring. I like to do evil things with Python through the use of decorators and monkey patching at run time. I would also like to experiment more with Docker, but never seem to have the time.
