Through this site I make available a number of software packages under Open Source licenses. The main packages are OSE, Makeit and Vampire.
OSE is a generic application framework suitable for constructing general purpose applications, event driven and distributed systems, as well as web based services using the Python and C++ programming languages.
Makeit is a set of prepackaged modules for GNU make. It provides standard sets of rules for building source code, libraries and programs, and then installing the results of those builds.
Vampire is an extension module for mod_python, which provides a more flexible dispatch mechanism for basic content handlers, as well as an alternative implementation of the mod_python.publisher module.
If you are interested in my work, I can also provide software development and consultancy services. I have been working with Python and C++ for over 10 years, having gained my experience working in the telecommunications industry building real time and distributed applications. At present I am working for a government authority writing and supporting software for specialised printing services.
